5-10 minutes scales and arpeggios to warm up (say one scale per day) 10 - 20 minute sight reading. 5 - 10 minutes improvisation / playing along to tracks / YouTube videos etc.

 Repertoire Building

Active listening to identify suitable songs Analyse song structure Write down and learn lyrics Analyse music; Phrasing stress points Dynamics Artistic Interpretation Tell The Story

 Project Pieces

Work on isolated sections, a few bars at a time, playing / singing slowly at first. Only build up speed when solid and do so very gradually. Take your time with these - you'll be coming back to them again when your playing becomes more advanced and you'll be able to discuss your progress with your tutor.

Always finish with 5 minutes of playing for fun - so you have something to look forward to at the end of your pacatcie session and also to help you relax.
